Burning up Servos

Need Help with my 3 Speed.

I just picked up a new built Tundra and I don't understand the 3 speed. It burned up the included servo and an expensive KO servo I put it. Does the 3 speed require that much power to shift or is there something internal that needs to be looked at?

No, it doesn't take much to shift. I would look at how far of a throw you have the servo doing.
