Member rules for selling/trading on this forum:
1. Members are allowed to sell ONLY Tamiya 3-speed related products in the marketplace so long as the products came off their personal car(s) or were originally purchased for their personal car(s). This includes but is not limited towards axles, transmissions, gears, aftermarket components, and wheels/tires.
2. Items that were originally purchased (new items) for your car(s) or used items off your car(s) must be in your possession at the time of sale. There will be absolutely no multiple threads listing for the same items by any one member. There will be absolutely no double posting in other forums (on this site) to your "for sale" thread.
3. Members must have a minimum of 100 posts before posting any items for sale in this forum. Threads in violation of this policy will be removed. This rule is to discourage illegitimate transactions.
4. Listing products found for sale on eBay is NOT allowed, unless you personally own the item.
5. The Administrators and Moderators of Tamiya3speed.com may at their discretion remove any sale item they deem to be questionable or in violation of the marketplace rules.
6. Any member found to be in violation the rules or the spirit of the rules is subject to restriction and or banning.
7. If you are found to be posting in the trading post section using surrogates or aliases you will be banned immediately.
8. List the price you want for your product(s). This is not an auction or bidding house. Failure to list a price may result in removal of your thread.
9. Listing by business's either by selling here, your site or sites like ebay are not allowed. The trade area is for personal use not to promote your business. Posts will be deleted.
