Ok so I have the exect wheels with a set of pro-line moabs as pictured above, so could anybody please help me I've spent hours trying to get the tyres securely fitted, went out earlier today to have my first real outing with my f350 my parents have a lovely piece of mud with rocks an all in their back garden and what happens the tyrs start coming off the wheels. Is there a special technic to fittinf tyres to beadlocks if so could somebody please enlighten me. I only want to use my truck please please...:frusty:

I would check to make sure the bead isn't too thick. I'll look and see if I can find an instructional with pics.

There is a recess on the rims that the bead will fit into. if they came off, their not in the recess

the tire bead needs to fit the rim recess like Shodog said, if it does and still pulls out get a 2.2" (aprox) O-ring to help pinch it in better

You know you can also e-mail RC4WD and ask them what they did to make this fit.
Anyone know of a "Beadlocks and Tires 101" post on either RCMT or Scale4x4rc? Did a little searching, but didn't find anything straight forward.

Cheers guys for your help, after close inspection of the tyres there seemed excess material making the bead wider so I hacked it away ( it didn't look pretty ) and it seemed to do the job although it isn't biting all the way round. I've just got totally fed up with undoing all those cap heads . Cheers McFig I'll email them shortly and see what they come up with. Once again cheers guys for your help I was one frustrated high lift owner :yourock:

Bad move dude,I did the same thing and have basically ruined a brand new set of moabs. if you look closely on the rim, there is a recess cut into the rim that allows the rubber from the bead to sit in.

I don't know about that shodog. I had to trim my Moabs to make them fit in my Junfac beadlocks and they work great. Air tight.

Yes McFig I noticed it you had the bead then excess material that seemed to be left from the moulding.
