Hi....newbie here. I got my F350 hiLift to the point where I could give it a test run......Yep you guessed right, I did something wrong....won't go. I seems that the front axle and back axle are fighting each other on which way to go.....Any cluse as to what I did wrong? If the truck has no power and by hand I rotate the drive shaft, (either front or back) the other one is going the opposite way.....What did I do wrong?:omg:

It sounds like you may have one of the axles upside down.

when you say about the driveshafts, are the shafts themselves going opposited of one another? or just the axles? If just the axles, then one is upside down (don't even know if that is possible with HL axles, never seen any up close) but if the shafts are rotating opposite of one another then it's something in the trans.

You have an upside down axle, Flip one axle and give it a try.

If I lay the truck on it's back and turn the back tires at the same time, the front are going the same way, same if I turn the front wheels. If I try to push the truck manually while the tires are on the ground, it won't move.:bump:

Did you move only one wheel by hand ? Don't forget its a differential. In order to test it right you would have to spin both wheels on the axle ... just use a book or a cd or something :)

But yea - had the same mistake on my first semi .. one axle up side down hihi
