Hiya,
I bought a Knight Hauler but actually want to go for a Peterbilt hehe
Is it easy to buy just the shell for the King Hauler ?

I just don't want to get rid of my Knight Hauler just yet .. Want to build one either way - my current project is just .. well .. it NEEDS a King Hauler

There are a lot of differences between the two. Unless you can score on a complete body like Mr fish's, you better off just to buy another rig.

as you can see in addition to the body, the tool boxes and gas tanks are different.

The King body can be adapted to fit the Knight hauler frame rails. One added benefit to this would be a longer frame with the King. I think the King looks kinda stubby. I'm sure with just some slight modifications you should be fine. No need to buy another rig. or you can just buy the body and frame rails and sell off what you dont use...

Just get yourself a King Hauler body and mount it on what you have. The battery box etc will look cool under a King I think you will find that the chassis of both trucks are the same length.
Go ahead and do it it will look great:Tamiya1:

Thanks shodog for the nice comparison :)
I think I use this as excuse to just get another kit :) :)

I truly think thats the best course of action. by the time you source and buy everything you need, your not too far off of the price of a kit.
