I saw a 6X6 MB 1850 in the gallery and wondered how much trouble it is to make one 6X6 and what parts might be required?
Check it out ... it is way cool!!!

I think itīs based on a king hauler chassis.

The one I am referring to is a guy in Switzerland.
I am familiar with the work of the guy you are talking about though. I see his stuff all the time on the RCC Forum.

to make a high lift axle thoguh put would be the same as a tlt axle...

It's not that hard. You'll need another complete axle and one more pinion gear, an axle case to modify, plus a real stubby driveshaft. And the third axle will need to be mounted upside down. The rotation of the output pinion is opposite that of the input, and flipping the axle counters that.

I did a H/L 6wd. I used TLT rear diffs, you just need 3 front halves and 1 rear half. file abit off one front half till it goes onto the other front half. is pretty easy really.
