Toyota Hilux High-Lift Ultimate Build Contest!

**Time EXTENEDED** Due to builders still completing their Masterpieces we have extended the deadline until 10-19-08



Tamiya America, Inc and Tamiya3Speed.com is proud to announce our second Ultimate Build Contest. With the success of our first contest with the Ford F-350 Highlift, we anticipate bigger and better builds.

 


Rules and information are as follows:


Contest Dates:

August 1, 2008 through September 14, 2008

All "Ultimate Builders" are encouraged to submit their Masterpieces to us for the ultimate prize consideration.

The winner of this contest will be judged based on but not limited to best paint job, which includes finish and most unique styling. Modifications to the chassis/Body and details including use of scale accessories will also be considered and the best overall complete package will be deemed the winner.



Contest Prize:

The Grand Prize for this contest will be a Highlift Multi function unit (MFC-02). This unit includes many features including: engine sound effects, light units and truck miscellaneous sound effects.



Rules:

* USA Residents only!

* One entry per person

* Only Kit #58397 may be submitted for entry.

* A Tamiya Toyota Hilux body must be used, but can be modified (Stretched, Chopped, etc) from stock the mold.

* Kit #58397 chassis must be used, including the axles

* You may substitute Wheels and Tires

* Body or image must not have "ANY" web address (URL) or e-mail address displayed (Except www.TamiyaUSA.com, www.TamiyaCrawlers.com or www.Tamiya3Speed.com)

* Entry e-mail must be properly formatted and submitted for judging (see below "How to Enter")

* No inappropriate images (Backgrounds or subjects).



Hints and Tips:

* Your Photos are judged!

* Clean well lit, and thought out photos will have a better chance.

* Be Unique!

* FOLLOW ALL RULES!

* Choose the "RIGHT" background or scene.

* High resolution images are a plus (If we can't see details we can't judge them).



How to Enter:

* Send us an e-mail.

* Attach up to 5 pictures (The higher Resolution the better for judging).

* Include (Name, Address (No PO BOX's), and Phone # (In case we need to contact you) in the e-mail. (again USA entries only)

* FOLLOW ALL THE RULES!.

* Click this link for the e-mail address. (E-mails containing anything but a entry will be deleted, this is "not" for questions/comments)
